As the CEO of Tourism Noosa, Steve leads our team and oversees all aspects of the organisation, including setting the broad strategic direction for the organisation in conjunction with the Tourism Noosa Board.

Steve also has direct input into the marketing activities of Tourism Sunshine Coast by representing Tourism Noosa on the marketing advisory panel. Steve is generally available by appointment Monday to Friday.

Louise is responsible for leading the development of all destination marketing strategies for the Noosa region. Activities are targeted to both domestic and international source markets and include collateral production, travel trade familiarisations, trade show coordination, cooperative marketing initiatives, facilitation of special interest 'clusters' and input to the development of Tourism Noosa’s industry / consumer website.

Louise also works closely with Tourism Sunshine Coast and Tourism Queensland to ensure the Noosa region benefits for marketing and development opportunities. Louise is generally available by appointment Monday to Friday.

Brad is responsible for our membership program and is the first port of call for all membership enquiries from both prospective and existing members of Tourism Noosa. Brad is responsible for ensuring that all members receive the service and benefits that Tourism Noosa is expected to deliver.

Brad also manages the Tourism Noosa website and digital marketing program in conjunction with Marketing Manager Louise Terry. Brad is generally available by appointment Monday to Friday.

Juanita is responsible for the day to day operations of the Tourism Noosa Visitor Information Centres at Hastings St and Noosa Marina. She is involved in the recruitment and training of new volunteers and staff, coordinating familiarisations as well as developing systems to ensure the efficient operations of both centres. Juanita works a 7 day roster and is generally available by appointment Monday to Sunday.

Diane works with key event organisers to maximise the media and public relations benefits associated with events with the aim of increasing visitation to the Noosa region.

Diane also manages the Tourism Noosa’s media familiarisations program, produces press releases and is the key point of contact for any media enquiries. Diane is available by appointment.

Glenda is responsible for managing the accounting and administrative functions of Tourism Noosa. This includes the preparation of financial reports, the payment of invoices and processing of payments as well as the maintenance of company records and contracts.

Glenda is generally available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Our Travel Consultants, along with our volunteers, are the backbone of our organization. Working out of our two Visitor Information Centres, they assist hundreds of visitors each week in planning their perfect holiday in Noosa. On behalf of our members, they make bookings for tours, accommodation and services. They are also available for any other general enquiries regarding the broader attractions of Noosa.

The Tourism Noosa Board of Directors are accountable for the corporate governance of the organisation. Board members are available by appointment with enquiries preferably directed through CEO Steve Cooper, in the first instance.
